Plast USA partnered with the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) to deliver urgently needed medical equipment to hospitals in еastern Ukraine. Plast learned of this urgent need for external fixators, critically important devices used to stabilize broken bones in the field, from the UNWLA that was able to source the equipment at a 75% discount, but needed additional funds to complete the purchase. Plast provided $141K to supplement the purchase and coordinated air shipment with the UNWLA directly to the hospitals. Tracking mechanisms confirmed the delivery to their final destinations.
